Hola, my name is Erika Lincango. I am a native Ecuadorian woman and a non-traditional student at the University of Oregon. I recently became a full major at the School of Journalism and Communication with a focus on public relations and advertising.  I am also an intern at the Entrepreneurial Development Services, a nonprofit organization in Eugene, Ore.

My interests are Latino outreach programs, social media, corporate social responsibility, creative strategic planning, environmental racism, environmental law, international law, social justice, U.S. foreign policies, human rights, indigenous rights, and immigration.

Ojovivo is an independent organism that feels, observes, explores and is in a constant quest of learning and understanding. This blog is the manifestation of my Ojovivo’s everyday experiences. Its experiences are not focused in a specific field, but the most influential disciplines will be public relations, advertising, culture, education and social entrepreneurship.
